How to submit a complaint
Email hola@yucatan.deals with your name, purchase email, order number, experience, description of the problem and requested solution. You may attach photographs, messages, receipts or cancellation confirmations.
You will receive an acknowledgement or initial reply within two business days. Yucatán Deals will review the transaction, contact the business where necessary and seek to communicate a solution within fifteen business days.
Who is responsible
The participating business is responsible for delivery, quality, safety, permits, availability and the information it provides about the experience. Yucatán Deals is responsible for its own acts as platform, including the digital process, voucher, information it creates, support and personal data under its control.
This allocation does not reduce your rights or prevent Yucatán Deals from receiving and following up on your complete complaint.
PROFECO
If the proposed solution is not satisfactory, you may contact Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency through its current channels published at www.gob.mx/profeco or telefonodelconsumidor.gob.mx. You may also use electronic conciliation mechanisms where they are available for the provider.
