Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and by the specific conditions published for each offer, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights. For distance purchases you may withdraw your consent within the five working days provided by law, as long as the experience has not been used or provided. If the business cancels or fails to provide the experience, you may choose an equivalent alternative or a full refund. Requests go to hola@yucatan.deals.

Yes. Each voucher has an expiration date shown on the offer page and on the voucher itself. If a voucher expires unused, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which sets out when the amount can still be recovered and how to request it.
