Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement code G-9SEZREFLTF), an analytics service provided by Google. This technology collects technical and browsing data such as pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, operating system, approximate origin of the visit, and a truncated IP address.

The purpose is to analyze how the site is used and to improve our services. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and other directly identifying data are not sent to Google Analytics.

Google acts as an external service provider and may process this information on servers located outside Mexico, including in the United States of America.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), which collects technical and browsing data including pages visited, actions taken on the site, and an IP address.

The purpose is to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, attribute results to those campaigns, and show relevant advertising on Meta's platforms. Unlike analytics cookies, this technology may be used for advertising and audience-targeting purposes.

Meta Platforms, Inc. acts as an external service provider and may process this information on servers located outside Mexico, including in the United States of America.

Microsoft Clarity

This site uses Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation that records how the site is used. In addition to technical and browsing data, Clarity captures interactions with the page, such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and navigation between sections, and reconstructs them as a session recording and as aggregated heat maps.

The purpose is to understand how visitors move through the site, identify sections that cause difficulty and improve the browsing experience. The tool is configured to mask the content typed into forms, so data such as names, email addresses and payment details is not captured in the recordings.

Microsoft Corporation acts as an external service provider and may process this information on servers located outside Mexico, including in the United States of America.

How to disable these technologies

Consumers may disable or delete these technologies at any time through their browser settings, by blocking or clearing the site's cookies. Additionally, they may install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjust their advertising preferences in their Facebook or Instagram account settings, or use the opt-out mechanism Microsoft provides for Clarity.

Disabling these technologies does not affect voucher purchases, voucher redemption, or the use of forms on the site.
