Voucher conditions:

• Valid for one person per voucher.
• Exclusive to purchases through Yucatán Deals.
• The provider’s terms state that the experience must be used within 90 calendar days of purchase. Confirm the final redemption date before purchasing.
• Advance booking required. Appointments and service hours are subject to availability.

Appointments and arrival:

• Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missing your appointment without prior notice will result in the voucher being considered fully redeemed.
• A 10-minute grace period applies. After this, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted depending on availability, without guaranteeing the full service duration.
